The development of NOTA began in 2019. During this time, we have made several prototypes and tested the scientific validity. First, we identified the types of sensitive electrodes we would need to measure skin impedance, and then focused on simplifying them into a single device.
From that moment on, we simplified the design, turning it into something that anyone can use at home. Now the NOTA is a surprisingly accurate handheld device capable of providing possible early warnings for those at risk of developing skin cancer/melanoma.
